Classes are in six week sessions. Each class is aproximately 60-90 minutes long.
Attendance twice a week is necessary for long term benefits, we have classes 7 days a week.
Each class consists of Hatha Yoga (External & Physical) and Raja Yoga (Internal & Subtle) instruction with a variety description of Breathing, Meditation and Relaxation Techniques.
We are dedicated to assist each student on a journey to self-discovery. This is an invitation to explore, transform and create Health, Happiness and Well-Being.
Yoga is an ancient Indian practice. It is an Art, a Science, a Philosophy and Therapy, which intergrates both physical and spiritual practices.Practiced on a regular basis, Yoga helps to create Harmony, Balance, Strenght, Flexibility and Suppleness. It also releases chronic tension, stress and anxiety. Yoga encourages one to live life more concious, more joyful and centered.
What styles of yoga we teach?
The teaching style is eclectic and non-dogmatic. We intergrate Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Acro Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kripalu, Iyengar, Sivananda, Power, and others.
